Adam P. Dubeck, Esq. is the founder of Dubeck & Miller. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 2000 and throughout that time has focused his practice, almost exclusively, in the areas of Wills, Estates, Trusts and Elder Law. With such a particular practice, Mr. Dubeck has experienced a large number of matters in these fields, all with their own uniqueness and intricacies. Those experiences provide Mr. Dubeck with a unique understanding of his clients matters and the ability to develop strategies to accomplish their individual goals.
Mr. Dubeck is admitted to practice before all state courts of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Guardianship Association of New Jersey, Inc. and is a frequent lecturer on the topics of guardianships of incapacitated persons and estate administration for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He also frequently serves as a mediator for the Essex County estate litigation mediation program.
Mr. Dubeck is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A.) and Rutgers School of Law – Camden (J.D.). He also received a Graduate Certificate in Estate, Gift and Trust Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
